Position Description:
As a Food Retail Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to guests visiting our food retail store. The first point of contact for customers will be you. You will greet customers warmly, answer questions about products and services, provide product recommendations, and process transactions.
In order to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, you must have an upbeat attitude. To provide accurate information to customers, you will need to stay informed about all products, services, and promotions offered by the store. You should be able to recommend items based on customer needs.
Administrative tasks will be completed by you in addition to helping customers. Restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and helping to create attractive displays are some of the things this includes. You should be able to use standard office equipment.
